Modi meets Putin, offers all aid to end conflict.

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi pledges to provide all possible assistance to end the Ukraine-Russia conflict.

• Modi met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Kazan, where Russia is hosting the 16th BRICS summit.

• He also met Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and called for deescalation of tensions in the West Asian region.

• Modi’s participation in the BRICS events comes after his visit to Moscow for the annual India-Russia summit in July.
